Hareli Festival is Celebrated in August 2022, Our team of 20+ members celebrated the Hareli Festival by planting trees at the grounds, schools & own Hospital campus, A competition was organized for pictures while planting trees along with donning traditional green attire. Our Slogan for the activity was embarrassing 

" Each One Plant One," Through this activity we promoted eco-awareness and going green with community involvement. This initiative inspired ongoing sustainability efforts, fostering a greener future. Dr. Sarla Nihlani was declared Hareli Queen for her Traditional Green Attire & planting a maximum number of trees. All members appreciated this initiative.

RMS chapter conducted a successful Awareness and Health Check-up Camp from August 1-5, 2022. Led by President Dr. Sushma Verma and her team, the camp provided free screenings for breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer to 58 patients. Comprehensive check-ups, including blood tests and colposcopy, were administered to 30 patients. This initiative promoted women's health awareness and early cancer detection.

Raipur Menopause Society organized a CME  at Hotel Babylon Inn on August 28, 2022, on the theme "Osteoporosis and Bone Health at Menopause". The esteemed speaker from Hyderabad was the chief guest & Speaker of the Ceremony, Dr. Meeta Singh, She delivered an insightful lecture on the prevention and management of osteoporosis. Dr. Abha Singh was the guest of honor. Dr Tripti Nagaria & Dr Manoj Chellani were Special Guest. Dr. Manoj Chellani delivered a talk on the Pathophysiology of osteoporosis. Dr Jyoti Jaiswal moderated a Panel on a multidisciplinary approach to the management of osteoporosis. Orthopedics along with Gynaecs were invited as panelists, enriching the discussion with their expertise. Over 55+ medical professionals attended, benefiting from the valuable knowledge shared. The event was a resounding success.

Raipur Menopause Society in association with the IMS Urogynaec Society & Medical Education Committee has organised the IMS Presidential Webinar Series on September 6, 2022. The webinar featured expert talks on Genito-Urinary Syndrome of Menopause by Dr. Sushma Verma and Overactive Bladder by Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal, followed by a panel discussion on Urinary Incontinence moderated by Dr. Shobhna Mohandas & Dr. Ritu Jain. Renowned experts, including Dr. Hara Pattnaik and Dr. C. Ambuja, participated as guests of honor. The event enhanced knowledge and awareness of urogynecological issues among 80+ medical professionals who attended it live.

RMS Treasurer Dr. Gurpreet Kaur lead an MHCC Activity at Rajim. A Health Awareness and Yoga Session, attended by 35 middle-aged women, addressed fitness, wellness, and nutrition queries, promoting holistic well-being and empowering participants to prioritize health. Dr Gurpreet Kaur has also demonstrated Yoga Poses to all attendees. Around 35+ Women benefited from the program. The program was very appreciated by local people.

President Dr. Sushma Verma led the free health camp, addressing midlife issues and screening 38 patients for cancer and other health concerns. Comprehensive check-ups and referrals for further management were provided, benefiting rural women.

OLD AGE HOME VISIT The Raipur Menopause Society conducted an Old Age Home Visit on December 7, 2022, combining awareness talks with a free health check-up camp. Led by President Dr. Sushma Verma, the camp provided comprehensive health screenings, including CBC, blood sugar, BP, and BMI estimations, for 31 beneficiaries. Expert talks were delivered in the local language on menopause health (Dr. Verma), mental wellness (Dr. Pooja Jindal), lifestyle modifications (Dr. Ritu Jain), and nutrition (Dr. Shilpa Pawar). A yoga session with live demonstrations and meditation was conducted by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur. The team distributed fruits, refreshments, and blankets to all attendees and donated cash of Rs. 5100 to the old age home as a token of love. It was a very satisfying experience. The activity was liked & appreciated by all the old age residents of the home

Raipur Menopause Society has organised the IMS Gurukul Workshop & CME on Menopause Management on December 18, 2022, in Association with Pt JNM Medical College under the Guidance of Dr Tripti Nagaria. The CME was successfully conducted, attracting over 74 delegates. Dr. Abha Singh was the guest of honor & Dr. Tripti Nagaria was the chief Guest for the workshop & CME. Dr Sangeeta Jogi ( Bilaspur) & Dr Jyoti Jaiswal were the special guests for the CME. The comprehensive program featured five insightful talks on:

Menopausal transition, symptoms and clinical evaluation, Menopausal hormone therapy, Alternative therapies & Genito-urinary syndrome. A case-based panel discussion on prescription writing in menopause management further enriched the event. The CME received a Grant from Pfizer India pharmaceutical company through IMS. The workshop received overwhelming appreciation from attendees, enhancing knowledge and expertise in menopause management among medical professionals.

On December 18, 2022, The Raipur Menopause Society conducted its State Annual Quiz, attracting 35 participants. Senior Residents, PG Students & DNB students from all the medical colleges participated in the state Annual Quiz. The selected Top 4 scorers - Dr. Pooja Agrawal, Dr. Arpana Verma, Dr. Nagma Sheikh, and Dr. Nutan Sinha - competed in the oral finals. Dr. Arpana Verma emerged victorious, securing RMS's entry to National IMSCON 2023. Expert judges Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal and Dr. Asha Jain oversaw the event, conducted by Dr. Sushma Verma, Dr. Ritu Jain, and Dr. Rashmi Sood. The winner of the Quiz represented the IMS Quiz at IMSCON 2023, Calicut. The whole program was well attended & a great learning experience.

Raipur Menopause Society organized a CME on 11th February 2023 at Hotel Babylon Inn on Endocrinopathies at Menopause. Dr. Biplab Bandhopadhyay, Dr. Abha Singh, Dr. Sarita Agrawal, and Dr. Tabassum Dalla gave Celebrations on various endocrinal abnormalities at Menopause which was well taken by the audience. Lectures were followed by a Panel Discussion moderated by Dr Vinita Singh & Dr Ritu Jain, a very interactive & case-based panel. 60+ delegates attended CME. The session drew valuable insights from speakers, panelists & audience.

Raipur Menopause Society has organized a CME cum workshop on Early Cervical lesions - Recent Updates in Diagnosis and Management. today on 5th March at Hotel Babylon Inn. Dr Abha Singh was the chief guest & Dr Tripti Nagaria was the guest of honor for the Programme. We had a Special & Eminent Guest speaker Dr Leela Digumarti, President, ISCCP, who delivered a talk on the Ablative &excisional procedure of CIN, & Grey Areas of colposcopy, & was a panel expert. Dr Akshay Tiwari, Oncopathologis delivered lecture on PAP, LBC and HPV DNA Testing, - what, when & why. Dr Pushpawati, Professor AIIMS presented talk,on tissue basis and technique of colposcopy. Dr Sarita Rajbhar, professor fm AIIMS given lecture on interpretation of normal & Abnormal colposcopic findings..Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal, HOD, Pt JNM Medical College, past joint secretary, IMS delivered a lecture on cervical cancer Vaccination - Recent Updates. In the end, we had a case-based panel discussion. moderated by Dr Sushma Verma and Dr Sunita Kanoi & 101 gynecologists attended 5 panelist CME. It was a very interactive, successful CME & a Great learning experience.

RMS organized a CME on "Recent Advances in Cervical Cancer Management"  in association with NH MMI, Raipur. 

Onco Expert speakers presented cutting-edge topics: Dr. Neha Jaiswal (Gynaec oncosurgeon) on recent advances in cervical cancer staging; Dr. Ashutosh Das Sharma (DM Oncologist) on stage-wise management; Dr. Yashwant Kashyap (DM Oncologist) on immunotherapy; Dr. Rajendra Patel (Radiation Oncologist) on brachytherapy; and Dr. Bharat Bhushan (MCh Oncosurgeon) on surgical management with video demonstration. A panel discussion and interactive sessions engaged over 60 attending gynecologists, fostering enhanced knowledge and expertise.

On 12th March 2023, RMS organized a unique CME focusing on "Mind and Body Wellness beyond 40," led by Patron Professor Dr. Abha Singh. The enlightening talk was followed by a festive celebration, marking International Women's Day and Holi, with cake cutting and floral festivities. The event took an exciting turn with fun-filled water adventure sports activities, enjoyed by 60 members and 15 accompanying kids. This innovative blend of education, sports, and celebration made it a memorable and refreshing CME experience.

RMS CME on 20.5.23, drew 50+ gynaecologists from Chhattisgarh, featuring expert talks on crucial women's health topics. Speakers included Dr. Tripti Nagaria on Genito-urinary Syndrome of Menopause, Dr. Asha Jain on Contraception at Midlife, Dr. Priti Agrawal on Pneumococcal Vaccination, and Dr. Ritu Jain on Calcium and Folate's role in women's health. A panel discussion on Menopausal Hormone Therapy concluded the event.

RMS on the occasion of international yoga day had organised CME on EFFECTS OF YOGA IN MENOPAUSE 18.6.2023 at Hotel Sayaji. All the distinguish guests .Dr Abha Singh, Dr Tripti nagaria, Dr Jyoti Jaiswal along with all the Excutives & RMS members attended the CME. 

 The lecture on the Effects Of Yoga In Menopause was given by Dr. Sushma Verma. The Demonstration Of Yoga Poses was done by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, Dr. Alka Jowhary, and Dr. Sanjana Khemka & who explained the benefits of Asan, Pranayam, Dhyan, and Yog Nidra To The Attendees. The Programme Benefitted 40+.

On 21st June, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, RMS conducted an awareness program in Association with SMC Cardiac Centre. Mr Amit Yog Guru conducted the program, He Explained The Importance Of Yoga in our Day-to-day life. Dr. Satish Suryawanshi, Cardiologist, SMC Hospital, Explained The Benefits Of Yoga, In Heart Disease Patients Dr Sushma Verma explained about benefits of Yoga in all age groups of women. Dr. Sunita Kanoi, RMS Member Spoke On Mindfulness & Meditation. The Programme Benefitted 60+ Patients, Relatives & Staff Members.

RMS Organised CME on EFFECTS OF ANEMIA IN MIDLIFE on  19TH AUG 2023. There was a Talk on the effects of anemia. Dr. Sushma Verma was the Speaker. This was followed by post post-conference success party, to celebrate the success of the conference with Great Zeal & enthusiasm All the members had a good time together, had a fun ramp walking, danced & enjoyed the success of the Conference.

RMS observed World Osteoporosis Day by organizing a free Bone Mineral Density (BMD) camp on October 21, 2023, at Sarvodaya Hospital, Raipur. 51 individuals benefited from the camp, receiving talks on calcium and Vitamin D's role, and personalized treatment based on their T-scores. Free calcium supplements were also distributed to patients. This initiative aimed to promote awareness and early detection of osteoporosis & it's management. The activity was appreciated by all attendees.

IMS UroGynneCon 2023 was held on Nov 18-19, 2023, at Raipur. Organized by UroGynecological Committee of IMS and Pandit JNM Medical College, it featured national and international faculties. Over 134+ delegates attended, participating in paper presentations and quizzes on Uro Gynecology. The conference received praise from the Indian Menopause Society President. It was a resounding success, reinforcing its position as a leading forum.

RMS hosted an interactive CME featuring esteemed speakers, including Prof. Dr. Tripti Nagaria, Prof. Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal, Prof. Dr. Chandrashekhar Shrivastava, and Prof. Dr. Abha Daherwal. Four insightful lectures covered dedicated menopause clinics, prescription writing, Tibolone, and SERMs. Expert discussions and practical insights on setting up menopause clinics sparked valuable exchanges among attendees. Over 56 delegates benefited from the enlightening session.

RMS conducted its annual state quiz on menopause topics for practitioners under 40. Thirty-five candidates participated in the preliminary round, with the top four advancing to the final round. Dr. Sushma Verma and Dr. Ritu Jain as quiz masters, judged by esteemed experts Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal and Dr. Neerja Agrawal. Dr. Megha Sundrani emerged as the winner, followed by Dr. Mridula as the first runner-up. Dr. Sundrani will represent RMS at the National IMS Quiz in February 2024 at Prayagraj.

RMS CME on Women's health & Prize Distribution on 11/5/2024 : 

RMS hosted a comprehensive event featuring a CME, General Body Meeting, Conference Working Committee Meeting, and Biennial Prize Distribution Ceremony. Dr. Sanjeeta Pal delivered a lecture on "Hyperhomocystenemia and Women's Health". Winners of IMS competitions were felicitated, with awardees including Dr. Alka Jowhary, Dr. Sanjana Khemka, Dr. Anshu Gupta (Yoga), Dr. Sushma Verma, Dr. Sumeeta Mishra (Slogan), Dr. Sarla Nihlani (Recipe), Dr. Gurpreet Kaur (Awareness Video) & Dr. Anshu Gupta (CIMP Topper 2024). The event, attended by 25+ members, included esteemed guests Dr. Tripti Nagaria, Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal, and Dr. Priti Agrawal.

Raipur Menopause Society (RMS) hosted its 6th Presidential Dancercise: Season 2 episode, a live seminar on April 7, 2024. Dr. Sushma Verma, Dr. Archana Dwivedi, and Dr. Reenu Meena welcomed delegates to the energetic session. Expert instructors Dr. Nisha Jethani (Zumba) and Dr. Alka Jowhary (Yoga) led engaging 25-minute sessions, each. Over 60 delegates attended the interactive webinar, concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Ritu Jain.

RMS hosted a CME featuring Dr. Alka Jowhary's insightful "Anemia in Midlife" talk. The event was followed by a Conference Committee Meeting to discuss work progress and a pre-conference photo shoot. The CME was well attended & participated by 40+ RMS Members.

RMS YOGA WEBINAR WITH IMS PAC on 20/6/24 

RMS , Rajkot Society & IMS PAC Menopause Cafe Series marked International Yoga Day with a webinar on June 20, 2024. Dr. Ratnabali Chakraborty shared insights on yoga and menopause, while Yoga Guru Pushkar Choubey demonstrated beneficial poses. The engaging session relayed live on Doctube, drew enthusiastic attendance. Results of the Surya Namaskar Video Competition were also announced.+150 attendees from all over India well attended the webinar.
